Check a Wallet Address
Before you send funds, accept a payment, or trust a counterparty — check whether the address has already been flagged. Free. Unlimited. No wallet connection, ever.
Address Safety Check
Paste any wallet address below. We check it against known-incident address lists and public malicious-activity signals, and tell you plainly what we found and what we didn't.
A clean result is not a guarantee of safety — it means the address does not appear on the lists we currently check. New incidents are added on an ongoing basis. This tool does not move funds, does not require a wallet connection, and does not trace stolen funds beyond published attributions.
When you run a check we record the address and network you checked, the result, your IP address, approximate location (country, region, city), network provider and browser type. We use this to prevent abuse, investigate incidents and produce aggregate statistics, and delete it after 12 months. See our Privacy Policy.
What this tool checks — and what it doesn't
Being plain about the limits of a free safety check is part of how a non-profit consumer-protection tool earns trust.
Addresses publicly attributed to confirmed exchange hacks and large-scale thefts — including the October 2026 Binance incident — sourced from published blockchain-intelligence attributions.
Public labels for phishing, drainer kits and scam-associated addresses, drawn from a third-party security data provider.
It does not connect to or move anything in your wallet, does not trace every hop of laundered funds, and a clean result is not a certification that an address is safe — only that it isn't on the lists we currently check.
Free for everyone. Supporter plans fund the work.
The address check above stays free and unlimited for every visitor — that's the point of a consumer-protection tool. Supporter plans add convenience features for people who check addresses often, and help cover the running cost of keeping the lists current.

Need a documented review, not just a check?
For proof-of-funds, source-of-funds and other case-by-case due-diligence work, IDAA's commercial affiliate provides engagement-based review outside this free tool.
Case-by-case POF / SOF & due-diligence review
Every engagement is scoped individually — this is not a subscription and not an automated check. It is a documented, human-reviewed assessment.
- Proof-of-funds (POF) documentation review
- Source-of-funds (SOF) tracing & write-up
- Custody-control and compliance documentation support
- Structured for legal, regulatory or counterparty submission
